Vendor specific billing
Signalgrid subscriptions are billed monthly. Depending on where you subscribe, payments are processed through the platform you use.
Mobile Subscriptions
If you subscribe through the Signalgrid mobile apps, billing is handled by the platform’s app store.
- iOS subscriptions are billed through Apple’s App Store.
- Android subscriptions are billed through Google Play.
In these cases, Apple or Google manages billing, renewals, and cancellations according to their respective store policies.
Web Subscriptions
Subscriptions purchased through the Signalgrid web interface are billed using Stripe.
Stripe securely processes payments and manages subscription renewals, invoices, and billing information.
Billing Cycle
All Signalgrid subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis. Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period unless it is cancelled before the next renewal date.
Managing Your Subscription
Subscriptions can be managed from the platform where they were originally purchased. This includes upgrading, downgrading, or cancelling your subscription.
- iOS subscriptions are managed in the Apple App Store.
- Android subscriptions are managed in Google Play.
- Web subscriptions are managed through the Signalgrid dashboard.
